NYCityPets is visiting Ithaca, NY today for the conference to create Dog Friendly Communities. Currently, park goers have to break the law to run their dogs without leashes in Ithaca. Conference organizers hope to gain momentum on the dog park movement today. The larger goal of today will be to establish an organization to assist dog owner groups (you know, the people who volunteer to clean poop out of dog parks).
