Sunday’s oppressive heat did not dampen the spirits of volunteers and participants at the Brooklyn Animal Foster Network’s Stray Pride benefit and BBQ. Many adorable and loving dogs and cats made their debut to participants and those passing by, all up for adoption or fostering. Ginger’s Bar on 5th Avenue generously provided space for the event, the proceeds of which all went toward the medical and transportation costs of the animals.
