Phoebe Phoebe Sweet Phoebe was rescued from a construction site as a tiny kitten under a year ago. She’s happy, healthy, and things couldn’t be better! And her favorite toy is still a ball of paper (or a paper bag as you can see). Who knew all of that playing with paper would make such an impression.
